Adequate engine speed (average acceleration)
Due to the lower requirement of hydraulic rock breaker on working pressure and oil flow (such as 20 ton excavator, working pressure 170-210KG, oil flow 120-180L/MIN), l ‘medium throttle can work. Correct position of the butter, frequency, amount

Hydraulic oil flow and contamination
Since hydraulic oil contamination is one of the main reasons leading to the failure of hydraulic pumps, it is necessary to confirm the hydraulic oil contamination status in time (hydraulic oil replacement every 600 hours and pistil core replacement every 100 hours). ) The lack of hydraulic oil will cause a cavitation phenomenon, which will result in the failure of the hydraulic pump, scratching the piston and cylinder of the hydraulic breaker, etc.

Replace the oil seal in time
The oil seal is a vulnerable part. it is suggested that the oil seal should be replaced once to work 600-800 hours of the hydraulic breaker. When the oil seal leaks. The hydraulic breakers must be stopped immediately and the oil seal replaced. Otherwise, dust will easily enter the hydraulic system and damage the hydraulic system and hydraulic pump.
Keep the pipeline clean
Before installing the hydraulic breaker pipe, it must be thoroughly cleaned and circularly coupled with the inlet and outlet pipelines. When replacing the bucket, the hydraulic breaker pipe must be blocked to keep the pipe clean. Or, sand and other impurities can easily damage the hydraulic pump if they enter the hydraulic system.
Preheat the hydraulic system before use

Avoid shooting blanks
Blank firing will not only cause the oil temperature to rise, but also cause abnormal vibration, which will cause impurities to enter the cylinder, so blank firing is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to choose the anti-coke hydraulic breakers in white.
Unload when not in use
When the hydraulic breaker is stored for a long time, the chisel should be unloaded first, and the nitrogen gas should be released in the rear head to make the piston from top to bottom, to prevent the exposed rust or scratch and then damage the main engine pump.
