The two contractors under a design-build partnership will spearhead a $600 million effort to modernize a three-mile stretch of I-10 between Kino Parkway and Country Club Road in Tucson, according to the Arizona DOT. The contract provides for three general use lanes in each direction and the removal of existing interchanges to ease congestion.
