Mace Consult and Arup have been chosen to lead the first implementation of the Hong Kong Government Management Management Model in a joint company for the construction of the $ 28.7 million transformer from the region Urban development “North Metropolis” along the North Shenzhen river.

He added: “It’s not just about managing L’Escala; it’s about working smarter.”

Hong Kong Executive Director Carrie Lam announced the development of Northern Metropolis in October 2021, presenting an ambitious plan to foster economic and technological growth while heading for the scarcity of region’s homes, Bloomberg reported.
Aecom, in a joint company with Atkinsréalis, announced in April 2025 that the Hksar’s The road department sought his Technical services for the construction of the North Metropolis Road, another key component of the development of the north of Metropolis.
ARUP is located in the 16th place in the list of international design companies of 2025 AR 2025. Mace Consulting has been ranked earlier on the most important international contractor list of Enr.
