Opening in December 2024 at Chicago O’Hare Terminal 5, the LOT Polish Airlines Business Lounge is the airline’s first in North America.
The 6,600 square meter space offers travelers fine dining, a full bar, seating and a private bedroom, combining modern hospitality with Polish cultural design.

The project boosted local commerce, supports international travel and enhances O’Hare’s amenities. Construction above the active baggage belts required night shifts, precision coordination and innovative solutions, including the installation of 300 feet of new sanitary piping via a 24-hour tugboat.

International furniture arrived via LOT aircraft to meet deadlines. Strict security protocols, daily planning with airport staff and active risk mitigation ensured zero incidents, delivering a timely and high-quality lounge that enhances the passenger experience and strengthens economic ties.
