A civil rights lawyer in Kentucky has filed a false demand for claims against Walsh-Kokosing JV, the Ohio Transportation Department and others involved in the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor $ 3.6 million between Ohio and Kentucky. The lawsuit was filed in June in the southern district of Ohio, the Cincinnati Division, by Jamir Davis, who previously served as executive director of the Civil Rights Office at the Kentucky Transport Cabinet.
He claims that Walh-Kokosing hired Cincinnati-based web companies and an individual, Icy Williams, who was responsible for the job project, although he did not have ten years of DBE experience in federally funded projects that were required for a successful offer.

Davis’s law firm signed an agreement with Ventures that, together with Icy Williams, is appointed accused in demand, to pursue the position of the Diversity and Inclusion Manager in February 2023.
