Fortis Construction has appointed Andrea Weisheimer as president He will oversee geographic markets, advance client partnerships and support regional teams. Weisheimer, formerly with Lease Crutcher Lewis, Webcor and DPR, brings executive experience in Oregon, California and Texas.
Promoted by Truebeck Construction, based in San Mateo, California Nick Pear to the president Pera, a 15-year veteran of the firm, is tasked with continuing the company’s growth and strengthening client partnerships. Stephen Green returns to Truebeck as Chief Operating Officer, bringing previous company experience and recent leadership to Suffolk Construction.
LRS Architects appointed Janice Sanada president Sanada, who joined the Portland, Ore.-based company in 2003 and most recently served as CEO, succeeds Trish Nixonwho will continue to lead the multi-family housing study and focus on talent development. Sanada will oversee strategic execution, operational alignment and design excellence while ensuring continuity for customers and teams.
It was named JE Dunn Construction Kyle Boehnlein leader of its Northern California office in Santa Clara. A former ENR West Top Young Pro, Boehnlein led complex semiconductor, mission critical, healthcare and justice projects. Previously, he helped expand JE Dunn’s Pacific Northwest presence and managed semiconductor work in Silicon Valley.
Michael Reiningerformerly CEO of Brightline Holdings, he was named CEO and board member of Brightline West, aligning leadership to support expansion as well as the $21 billion high-speed rail project between Las Vegas and Southern California. Bruce Snyder was promoted to Brightline West CFO.

Jason Mayak was promoted to vice president and general manager of the mountain region for Burns & McDonnell, leading more than 500 employee-owners in the mountain region and the Pacific Northwest. It oversees the delivery of engineering, procurement, construction and environmental services and consulting in the energy, water, energy, industrial and manufacturing markets.
Jim Misener joined WSP in the US as Senior Vice President of Digital Infrastructure and Mobility Innovation. A pioneer in vehicle and road automation, it will lead customer delivery and industry engagement in smart transportation and digital infrastructure. Based in San Diego, Misener brings expertise in V2X standards, automotive technology and infrastructure deployment. Previously, he held leadership roles at a global technology company and at UC Berkeley’s PATH program.

Andrew Fernandez was promoted to district manager of PCL Construction’s Seattle district. He most recently served as Director of Operations in Hawaii. Fernández will oversee projects in the northwest.

With more than 30 years of experience delivering capital programs, Mitchell will lead strategic growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of California, Davis.
