Thomas Hill resigned on February 24 of his work as CEO of Meridian, contractor Idaho, based in Idaho, Enginerated Structures Inc. After a Nazi greeting on stage during a company event and a gesture video was viral and made online criticism.
“Although my behavior never intended to promote hatred or extremist opinions, I recognize that it has properly generated an intense setback and overshadowed our company’s mission,” Hill wrote in his resignation letter, which Esi published on his social media pages.
The ESI occupies the number 150 of the list of 400 best contractors of AR 2024 with $ 850 million of income for the previous year.
The video, published in Reddit as a brief clip without sound by someone who claimed to be married to an ESI employee, apparently shows Hill who does the gesture at an event of the company held at the Boise Center, a conference center that the contractor expanded and renewed in 2018, as a video of President Donald Trump on the screen behind.

Hill’s letter of resignation included his third public apology for the incident.
