Brief of diving:
- Last week, Hilton broke the 444 -room sign of Hilton Savannah’s 444 rooms, expanding the brand to a new market, announced the hotel company.
- The hotel will serve as the hotel of the Savannah Convention Center. Hilton will manage the property, owned by Savannah-Georgia Convention Center Center, and is developed in collaboration with the authority of the Georgia World Congress Center.
- Hotel Savannah arrives after Hilton opened signs focused on conventions in Atlanta last year. Hilton is also expanding the mark focused on events to other U.S. urban markets to keep up with the evolutionary demand for the group.
Divide vision:
Connected directly to the Savannah Convention Center, a sign of Hilton Savannah will offer more than 34,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 13,000-feet ballroom. In addition, the hotel will have five food and beverage points, an outdoor pool, a gym, group welfare activities and the Club Signia Lounge for customers.
The lobby of the hotel will have locally inspired architecture, while the rooms will have modern and open concept designs, high -end finishes and smart room technology, according to Hilton.
In the rest of the group trips to the market, the hotel will “ ensure that our conventions center will make the maximum capacity to increase our vibrant tourism industry and create upward mobility and prosperity for all, ” said SGCCA Council President Mark Smith in a statement.
With the hotel, Hilton expands its presence in Georgia, where it currently operates approximately 270 hotels, including the signs of 976 rooms in Atlanta, Amy King, Luxury Vice President and Mixed Use Development in Hilton, in the statement.
Sign of Hilton Atlanta was opened in 2024 by the Georgia World Congress Center as a largest hotel development project in Atlanta in 40 years.
Beyond Georgia, Hilton is expanding the signia brand to Indianapolis and San Antonio, Texas.
Hilton Savannah sign is expected to open by 2028.
