Ingredion Inc. It plans to build a cogeneration plant in its ingredients production facilities in Indianapolis. The scope of the project includes the construction of team foundations; buy and erection of structural steel; Installation of two stationary gas turbines to natural gas, seven combustion units, two heat recovery vapor generators, two lubrication oil unpaid and cooling towers; and buy and install heat interchange, transformers, switch, emission control equipment and condensation pipes. Construction is expected to begin at the end of the second or first quarter of 2025. Ingredion produces ingredients solutions for food, drinks and industrial applications. East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC) plans to build a natural gas power station in a place of 100 hectares near Liberty in Casey County. The scope of the project includes the construction of building space, equipment foundations and spill containment systems; purchase and erection of structural steel storage and fuel storage; Installation of 12 engines of reciprocal internal combustion of natural turbine gas and generators and transformers; and purchase and installation of switch, emission control and other equipment and support systems. The plant will have the capacity to generate 214 MW of electricity. Burns and McDonnell will provide owner’s engineering services. Construction is expected to begin in October 2026. Texas City Logistics LLC, a joint company between OneOK Inc. and Marathon Petroleum Corp., plans to build a liquefied oil export terminal in Texas City and a gas storage installation in Mont Belvieu to the terminal. The scope includes the construction of ship load installations; buy and erection of structural steel; Manufacture and erection of GPP storage tanks; Purchase of 24-in.-Day Pipe; Classification, trench, welding, coating, filling, tests and restoration; and other items.
