Bruce Crankshaw has been promoted to executive vice president of business operations for Big-D Cos. Crankshaw will focus on streamlining processes, sharing best practices and supporting Big-D business units. Crankshaw previously served as Chief Operating Officer of The Leavitt Group and most recently was Executive Vice President of Loveland Innovations.
The Beck Group has appointed Tim Neely as a healthcare project architect in its Denver office. Neely brings 17 years of experience to the position, including experience in large hospital campuses and pediatric specialty facilities. He serves as president of the AIA Colorado Academy of Architecture for Health and served two terms on the Littleton, Colo., city planning commission.
Recently promoted Sundt Construction Melissa Love in the role of preconstruction manager for Sundt’s Southwest Building Group. Love has almost 15 years of experience at Sundt and more than two decades in the construction industry. Love most recently served as the preconstruction project manager for the T3 residence halls and the Strategic Academic Flight Education Building at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He has also been responsible for project controls, driving innovation in preconstruction technology and improving collaboration between clients, architects and Sundt project teams.

Karen Simpson he is now director of Burns & McDonnell’s mountain region environmental group. In his new role, Simpson oversees a team that provides environmental studies, consulting services, remedial solutions and design and construction for environmental projects. Simpson has more than 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, managing environmental efforts for projects that have included solar development, transmission lines, substations, pipelines and data centers.

Hanover, Md., Keller-headquartered geotechnical contractor appointed Jim Doyne CFO of Keller North America. Based in Denver, Doyna was most recently CFO of MasTec’s Energy Supply Group. He has also worked for CH2M and Jacobs Engineering.
Gilmore Construction has appointed Trevor Gray preconstruction and estimating manager. Gray brings more than 12 years of experience leading billion dollar programs across the country. Ryan Campbell has joined Gilmore as a senior project engineer. With nearly 25 years of experience as a licensed master electrician, his subject matter expertise in MEP construction will help Gilmore expand his capabilities on highly complex and mission-critical jobs.
Salvatore “Sal” Pace has been named general manager of the Front Range Passenger Rail District. A former Colorado House Minority Leader and Pueblo County Commissioner, Pace brings more than a decade of experience in passenger rail policy, coalition building and public infrastructure development as the district enters a new era of planning and implementing Front Range passenger rail service.
Rosendin has promoted Chad Constance i Jason Karseboom to the chief operating officers of its Southwest regional office in Tempe, Arizona, to support the company’s growing semiconductor and data center markets. Constance and Karseboom previously served as division managers in the Tempe office, managing large-scale complex building projects, including semiconductor facilities and hyperscale and mission-critical data center facilities. Constance brings 20 years of experience to her new role, including experience developing high-performance equipment for large-scale electrical facilities such as the Mesa Data Center. Karseboom has led teams of more than 300 professionals in semiconductor installations and data center projects for large technology companies during his 13-year career.
