
ISEC Inc., Greenwood Village, Colo., has promoted Kelly Martin i Dan Weinmeyer to senior vice presidents and members of the executive team. Leads its social and environmental responsibility initiatives and provides leadership in engineering, virtual design, organizational development, marketing and manufacturer relations. Weinmeyer has led company teams in the delivery of life sciences projects. Larry Mingus he has also been promoted to vice president. Most recently, he served as regional director of the company’s Rocky Mountain region.
Lori Labrum has been named transit market sector leader at national transportation consultancy TranSystems. A senior vice president with experience in engineering and planning for US transit agencies, she has designed more than 200 miles of bus rapid transit systems, the firm says. Labrum oversaw the Utah Transit Authority’s 10.5-mile bus rapid transit project through Provo and Orem, and most recently was the bus rapid transit project manager for the Houston’s University Line.
Gerry Murraydirector of POWER Engineers’ generation division, was named head of its affiliated foundation, replacing the company’s outgoing president and CEO. Jim Haynes. Murray is a founding board director of the foundation, which was created in 2013. He worked to amend its charter to include diversity goals and championed the distribution of grants to POWER Engineers offices. The company is headquartered in Hailey, Idaho.
Sundt Construction has promoted Jason Benny to the vice president and regional manager of the intermountain transportation group. He was previously recognized as an ENR Top 20 Under 40 Industry Professional and served as Chair of the Associated General Contractors Public Service Infrastructure Committee.
Michael Johnson has been named administrator of the division of engineering services for the Idaho Department of Transportation. He has been the bridge delivery program engineering manager since 2018. In his new role, Johnson serves as the lead state engineer for Bridge, Environmental, Right-of-Way and Highway Asset Management Functions.

Clint Eskridge has been named managing director of Peabody General Contractors, a subsidiary of HEI Civil Enterprise. Based in Broomfield, Colorado, Eskridge has more than 25 years of experience in heavy civil construction. Previously overseeing HEI Civil Enterprise operations, Eskridge improved project production and delivery. HEI Civil Enterprise acquired Austin, Texas-based Peabody General Contractors in 2018.
Engineering, environmental and professional services consultant WSP USA has hired Peter J. Kohlmi as the national wastewater market leader based in Englewood, Colo., a role the company says is aimed at advancing its life-cycle approach to managing water resources. He previously served as vice president and Rocky Mountain regional manager at Black & Veatch and also former vice president of strategic business activities at CH2M Hill, according to his LinkedIn page.
Gilbane Building Co. has appointed Tabitha Scott as Chief Sustainability Officer based in Colorado to lead its global sustainability practices and commitment to be carbon neutral. She had been senior vice president of sustainability and innovation at Balfour Beatty Investments and Lend Lease Americas. His upcoming book, Powering Change, highlights the benefits of harnessing natural laws and systems to drive business adaptability, innovation, productivity and financial success, Gilbane says.
