MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – The Midland Police Department and Midland Crime Stoppers are looking to identify and locate a man who allegedly stole a backhoe from a construction site earlier this year.
According to a Crime Stoppers post, on Jan. 15, unknown men stole a CAT backhoe from construction in the 200 block of W Interstate 20. The backhoe was later recovered, but detectives still need to identify and attempt to make contact with the suspect. .
