Oracle has announced a new artificial agent based on the intelligence and generative capabilities of the Inconcusted Got in the Oracle texture management cloud service. Available for all U.S. texture subcontractors, the Assistant Fed by IA provides support to answer the beneficiaries of common payment application questions.

Ai Ai is now part of the Texture Oracle Intelligence module, which connects to various Oracle Infraestructure Infrastructure AI services, including Oracle Language Service. Another of the services connected to it, the Genai leisure service, can be configured to use various models of great third -party language, such as coherence and finish.

AI’s agent capabilities are designed to reduce the need to contact texture support and accelerate the sailing of the payment system.

According to Oracle, a subcontractor might ask the assistant “What is the state of my payment?” And then provide a response from the texture data. The AI wizard would convene a list of the sub -contractor’s projects and would ask what they were referring to, and then it could be determined that the payment was not published due to the lack of a signed compliance document, automatically providing the necessary form to the subcontractor.

Oracle says that technology can handle generic questions about texture documentation, as well as the most complex queries that include specific user information, as it can call texture data sets through internal application program interfaces. The IA Agent may also notify users of the missing information, such as a document that requires a notation and can start a chat session when detecting a query to a call center employee on a chat or call.

“Subcontractors are essential for the success of the project, but paying them quickly and correctly is a complex process. This is why we have created texture and why so many contractors have adopted the solution,” said Mike Antis, a global texture vice president. “This improvement helps to improve the experience of 200,000 subcontractors who sign in to texture every month, helping them to find the answers they need to get more paid and focus more on work at hand.”

Texture was founded in 2004 and helps automate payments among general contractors, the subcontractor and their suppliers. Bought by Oracle in 2016, the company claims that it has processed more than $ 1 trillion in construction payments to subcontractors representing work in 120,000 projects and payments to more than 200,000 subcontractors since the acquisition. Oracle says users call the texture support more than 11,000 times a month on average.

Although the AI agent was designed to answer the basic questions of the subcontractors that were recorded in Texture, Oracle says that it can also interact with the other AI services of the company to recover complex information. For example, if the subcontractors ask for the status of a payment, the leisure generation service is invoked to coincide semantically with the application with the Oracle Payment AI agent. AI agent is provided by authenticated user ID and calls a texture API to increase subcontractor projects. The Genai leisure service is called again to collect an easy -to -use response with a list of projects. The entire consultation involves a generative IA that refers to an agent that refers to the AI generative.

Answering questions and gathering information has appeared as a fertile ground for the Agents in construction. Tech Company Trunk Tools offers AI agents to recover project documentation quickly from large data sets. And in a sign of priority in the industry, many of the recent layoffs in Autodesk were part of the company’s efforts to promote the use and development of AI and reduce customer -oriented staff.
