People of Texas and the Southeast: February 2026

Turner Burton

Turner Burton has been named CEO of Hoar Holdings LLC as part of a leadership transition. He will oversee the strategic growth of Hoar Construction, HPM and RPI Rentals. Long time CEO Rob Burton will become executive chairman, providing strategic guidance. Turner Burton began his career at Hoar Construction as an assistant superintendent while completing a degree in construction science at Auburn University. He later served as vice president of the Alabama division and became president in 2018.

Barge Design Solutions has appointed Hiera wool as the first director of digital solutions. He will lead the company’s digital strategy and transformation initiatives. Hiera previously served as Global Vice President of Data and Analytics at Bridgestone, where she led a team of more than 200 professionals, built enterprise data engineering practices, launched data literacy programs and delivered high-ROI digital initiatives across multiple business units.

Skiles Group has appointed Joe Donarumo as senior vice president of client development. He will lead development efforts focusing on long-term partnerships in the health care, education and complex projects sectors. Donarumo has more than 19 years of construction experience and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in construction management.

Tim Donckers

Tim Donckers has been named client sector executive at Henderson Cos., based in the firm’s office in Bentonville, Arkansas. He will oversee operations, growth strategy, financial performance and customer and employee experience for the retail sector, with an emphasis on design and build projects. Donckers brings more than two decades of retail experience, beginning in 1999 in retail design and then moving into consulting, merchandising, vendor relations and store operations before moving into civil and architectural engineering. He gets it Vince of Massilionwho will continue with Henderson as a leader, project manager and mentor during the transition.

Brasfield & Gorrie has announced regional leadership changes. Mike Foshera 20-year company veteran, has been named president of the Carolinas region, based in Charlotte, overseeing strategy and operations in Charlotte, Raleigh and Greenville, SC, with projected revenue of $1.2 billion; previously led the Atlanta region on projects including Science Square at Georgia Tech, Midtown Union and several Omni Hotels. In Texas, Jason Weeks has been promoted to regional president in Dallas, Susan Stabler to the senior vice president and James Cohran to the executive vice president of field operations. Weeks has been with the company for 20 years, including a decade leading the Dallas office. Stabler has experience in healthcare and mission critical markets and founded the company’s Women’s Operational Network. Cohran oversees field operations with expertise in self-cast concrete and projects such as Omni PGA Frisco. In the newly defined central region (Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee), John Strid has been appointed president. A 21-year veteran of the company, he previously led a unit focused on industrial, aerospace and energy work and now oversees operations, talent development and growth across the region.

Wiley Blankenship

Woodward has appointed Wiley Blankenship Gulf Coast Market Leader at Woodward, where he will guide the expansion of the company’s construction operations in the Alabama and Gulf Coast markets.
