When motorway contractors have their finances in order, it can be difficult to square their operations with common accounting software. Seeing an unsatisfied need, Sage is now associated with Start-up tractors to integrate their respective software tools.
“Building an accounting tool Versus A tool of operations is two very different things,” says Tyler Vanwinkle, a Tractical Partner, the cloud -based operations platform aims at the road and the heavy civilian contractors. Although a lot of data can be captured in projects, assets values and other fine grain details involved in carrying out a heavy civilian contractor, finance and accounting software often distills much of this useful information up to a few data points. “We get to where we have all this fantastic data and some accounting platforms have only 10%,” he says.
This is where integration is different from Sage intacct system, says Vanwinkle. “With intact, there are some amazing things that directly address the things we have seen that contractors suffer from having access.”
Dennis Stejskal, Director of Construction and Real Estate of Sage, did some work, but it was a bit of work, but it was worth it, according to Dennis Stejskal.
“We could not find the right partner on the horizontal side of the construction for a while and after [Tractics] He arrived, “says Stejskal.” There are many solutions that try to manage the construction costs for horizontal, but the big difference is operations. When we introduced ourselves to the Tracets, it was clear that we had to go. “Stejskal adds that the data captured in the tractic field directly informs the accounting software as the data leave, avoiding the delays of the manually update of spreadsheets or working in various points solutions.
And it is the approach of the platform of the Treatics, more than a bouquet of timely solutions, which operates it, says Stejskal. “The tractic approach is holistic, and this has been the lack of freeway contractors.”
