Servicetitan, a Los Angeles building technology company, better known for its specialized contractor cloud platform, used its Pantheon 2025 users conference to debut Atlas, a new AI -run system designed to automate critical project administration and financial tasks.
The launch emphasizes the transfer of the company to commercial construction and infrastructure, with tools aimed at streamlining multi-project work flows.
Founded in 2012 by Vahe Kuzoyan and now Mahdessian, Servicetan passed from a niche supplier for small stores specializing in one of the fastest growing construction technology companies in the United States.
With over $ 1 billion in risk funding, it was published in Nasdaq (TTAN) in December 2024. Its platform now admits tens of thousands of contractors who manage the programming, office, turnover and communication.
The Anaheim event from September 17 to 19 attracted more than 4,000 attendees. Executives said that Atlas can be adapted to individual business contexts and carry out tasks ranging from reports and sending technicians to RFI and filling daily records.
The company called it a “co -pilot” for contractors, built to assume administrative and fulfilling burdens that slow down the delivery of large -scale work.
A journalist from the Roofing Contractor, Enr’s sister publication, pointed out new features that include a P&L P&L table project, a three -band tool for sellers invoices that Servicetan says that automates up to 90% of invoices and a global vision of recoil of the project showing demand and work capacity.
Servicetan also emphasized the SPEC -based estimate that is directly fed into purchasing systems, measurement integrations that automatically field forms and reports report boards to track the performance at all the touch points of the project.
For companies that manage multiple phases or simultaneous projects, the platform now includes project groups, project templates and a parental projects function, allowing contractors to organize work related to a single head and supervise progress throughout the portfolio.
These functions are aimed at giving infrastructure contractors a clearer view of costs, resources and schedules in complex programs.
The technology company has also created commercial financial tools such as the cost of work, the turnover of progress and the management of accounts. The firm says long -term users report a 2% increase in net profit margins, payments collected 12 days faster on average and 8% more projects delivered on time.
“In an instant, I can get a WIP report and see all the live projects today, what looks like the teams looks like, how much we used the work,” said John Hurst, president of the Interslate AC.
Long time users pointed to the growth of the pantheon. “I have been to almost every pantheons since the first days and is still larger and better,” said Renee Lenox, head of business operations at Service Specialities Inc.
Sercicetitan said that about 2,000 contractors of their platform had at least one month of $ 1 million last year, with 137 who reported a day of $ 1 million. The sessions also addressed the pressure of the margin linked to the estimation of accuracy.
“If you are still using obsolete cost multipliers in your estimates, you are already losing margin. Real -time data are fundamental,” said Servicetan Solutions Delamond Manager.
The company has also been associated with major suppliers to incorporate catalogs, price tools and orders. An agreement of 2024 with SRS Distribution, a subsidiary of the Man Depot, integrated the product data in real time for estimates.
An agreement with ABC Supply. Live prices and “order estimation” workflows for 900 branches, while a collaboration with Ferguson Enterprises connects the plumbing, HVAC and PVF supply to the Servicetan platform.
If you position Atlas to manage invoicing, change orders, estimation and project planning, Servicetitan enters the territory for a long time dominated by Procore, Autodesk and Trimble.
For large -scale contractors and owners, the adoption of the Atlas subcontractor could directly affect project reports, billing cycles, and rise risk assignment.
“Ai will not replace contractors, but will absolutely transform their operation,” said Mahdessian, co -founder and CEO of Servicetan. “Business owners who adapt and adopt this new reality will prosper, while those who will not stay behind.”
