Chany started with Swinerton as a project executive in 2013. Prior to his promotion, Chany was an account executive who helped grow Swinerton’s corporate services portfolio from $300 million to just over $1 billion. dollars in revenue over four years.

Under Chany’s leadership, Swinerton has strengthened critical customer relationships, generated repeat business and capitalized on growth opportunities for its teams and business partners, the builder said in the announcement.

In his new role, Chany will lead a team of national account executives. It will also provide strategic leadership for multi-location businesses, which the company says will ensure consistency and transparency throughout the design and construction process.

“Chris successfully leverages his operational and pre-construction experience, helping to ensure positive results and experiences for our customers and business partners,” said Don Adair, Swinerton’s chief revenue officer, in the press release.

Prior to joining Swinerton, Chany spent six years with Boston-based Shawmut Design and Construction, where he worked in the firm’s New York City office, according to his LinkedIn profile.
