I am pleased to announce the winners of the annual Southwest States and Southwest Southwest projects. For more than 25 years, the regional publication has honored the best in design and construction in Arizona and New Mexico, and this year it is no exception. Our group of industry judges reviewed tickets in various categories and for two special awards, excellence in sustainability and security excellence, both announced on a later date.

The event will also recognize several prizes throughout the year: the AEI year design firm; Contractor of the year Layton Construction; And our specialized contractor of the year, which is TBD. We will also recognize the winner of the South Legacy Award -Oest, Steve Chanen.
