North Carolina
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is preparing to accept offers for the $ 804 million design design project to widen the interstate 85 in Belmont. The project will replace the bridges and rebuild the exchanges from NC 7 (exit 23) to the east of NC 273 (exit 27) and will improve the intersection at NC 7 and USA 29/74 in Belmont in Gaston County. Moldy
The Sarasota County Department is in the predisigne phase for a $ 700 million design construction project to build a new Sarasota County prison, waiting for a proposed obligation referendum before voters in November 2026. Tepper Sports & Entertainment and the city of Charlotte are in the planning stages of renewals of the Bank of America Stadium, a $ 800 million project that includes a new field house and reforms to modernize the stadium. Hik – Atlanta is the project architect and Landdesign – Charlotte is an engineer.
