Each May, Builder Magazine launches its ranking of the Top 200 single -family housing builders in the United States From housing enclosures built for sale and rent.
This year, most of the first 10 housing builders have retained their positions on the builder 100 or have been nearby. However, Salt Lake City, SH Residential Holdings, based in Utah, the US subsidiary of the Japanese Housing Builder Sekisui House, moved from 2024 builder 20 to number 6 in 2025 after the Completing your MDC Holdings acquisition In April 2024, Clayton Properties Group promoted among the top 10.

2024 Income: $ 33.8 billion
