A subsidiary of Tutor Perini has formalized a new contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Tutor Perini Management Services, a unit of the Los Angeles-based contractor, has won a $35.8 million job for the construction of a new tool and die facility at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middletown, Iowa, according to a news release.
The facility will encompass approximately 56,000 square feet of industrial space. Scope includes:

- Structural steel and concrete systems.
- Architectural finishes.
- Air conditioning and plumping.
