Lendlease, a New York year owner, recently completed Claremont Hall, a mixed academic and residential building on the Union Theological Seminary Campus in Morningside Heights, Manhattan.

The ENR publishers selected Lendlease as the owner of the New York Year of 2025 for the efforts of the firm that resulted in affordable, inclusive, resistant and connected communities.
Lendlease will be presented at the March East Printing Number, the newly constituted ENR Region, which includes New York and New Jersey.
The basic capacities of the firm in investment management, development and construction provides customers an integrated model for the complete life cycle of the project.
Lendlease is finishing 1 Java Street in Brooklyn. The mixed complex of 789,000 square meters of five buildings in the Greenpoint district will be the largest residential geothermal system installed in New York State and possibly in the United States, when it opens later this year .
The firm also completed Claremont Hall in 2024. The mixed academic and residential building located on the Union Theological Seminary Seminary in the Morningside Heights section in Manhattan is a 41 -story development.
Designed by Robert Am Stern Architectts, the project includes 165 condominis, as well as 54,000 square meters of classrooms, academic offices and designated apartments for teachers for the seminary. Urban development and adaptive reuse connect the entrance facade and the historic buildings of the conserved campus. Lendlease also reformed the old seminary refectory in a comfort for residents that retains the double -height arched gothic windows of the building and wooden transits.
