Enr West 2026 Top Young Pro Dustin Zyph of Lease Crutcher Lewis, directs a tour of Innovation Hall, a scholarly shared academic building in Bothell, Washington.
Young professionals from 2026 in the West Region of Enr have been selected.
More than 100 candidates from the whole of the West Region were evaluated by this year’s Judges team, and a total of 30 professionals under the age of 40 were selected for recognition. Enr West includes California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, Hawaii and Alaska.
This year’s jury included:

The judges did not rate the applications of people working in the same company or with whom they had conflicts of interest.
Each honore will be presented to the first edition of Enr West in 2026, detailing their successes and races so far. The winners of the five regions are automatically introduced to the National Top 20 under 40 years old.
