Zweig Group has revealed the winners of the Best Companies to Work for 2023 awards, which recognize outstanding workplaces in architecture, engineering, the environment, planning, construction and other related fields.

These companies are recognized for their investment in the employee experience, based on whether they have created an environment where workers feel valued, can make a difference, and can see where their contribution fits into the overall mission and success of the company

Companies were comprehensively evaluated, from management and staff perspectives, on culture, work practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, career development and more. Awards were presented in various categories based on company size and discipline.

“The Best Companies to Work for program is more than an awards program. It’s a powerful, industry-specific benchmarking platform that provides insight into what the employee experience looks like at today’s top-performing AEC companies,” says Zweig Group CEO Chad Clinehens. “Companies can use this ranking and the data it offers to develop strategies and initiatives to generate a greater return on investment in its people. With the current unprecedented challenge in the AEC industry labor market, the winners of the 2023 Best Companies to Work For have much to celebrate this year.”

Winners will be honored at a black-tie gala during the Elevate AEC 2023 Conference at the new Omni PGA Frisco Resort outside Dallas, Texas, September 13-15. Winners will be featured in Zweig Group’s weekly management newsletter, The Zweig Letter, and in Zweig Group’s other marketing channels.

Zweig Group, three times on the Inc. list. 500/5000, is the industry leader and leading authority on AEC business management and marketing, the go-to source for data and research, and a provider of personalized learning and training. The firm has offices in Dallas and Fayetteville, Arkansas.
