Groff tractor open day 9/28/22
the new BOX Minotaur DL550 made a stop on their ‘Nationwide Groundbreaker Roadshow at our Mechanicsburg Groff Tractor & Equipment (GT&E) branch on Wednesday, September 28th.th ! We held an Open House not only to promote the new compact bulldozer loader, but also to showcase the new CASE E-Series excavators and demonstrate the services Groff offers to help customers maximize uptime!

Approximately 40 students from the Pennsylvania College of Technology (Penn Tech) attended the Open House and are all in the heavy construction equipment and diesel program. Penn Tech is affiliated with CASE Top Tech Program, which is a collaboration between CNH Industrial and the leading technical colleges in North America that will train students in CASE Construction Equipment machines and digital products. It was great to be able to bring the students to our facility to meet our technicians, tour our facility, see the new CASE models, and learn about how to maximize uptime using precision construction tools and telematics! Our precision control station included a CASE 850M equipped with 3D GPS, a CX145D excavator equipped with 3D GPS, and a TV450B equipped with a sorting box and 2D system.

Our evening session also featured two local Sprint Car dirt track racers, Anthony Macri, also known as “The Concrete Kid“, and Dylan Cisney aka “The Mayor” where fans lined up to get photos and autographs.
