The mixed-use development along the Nile River features two connected towers, each 23 stories tall, with additional floors below ground level housing a garage and shared mechanical and electrical rooms.

The first tower consists of 190 residential units, while the second is a hotel managed by Hilton. Each building also has additional amenities such as a ballroom, library, spa and health club, swimming pool and restaurant.

Because the project site was surrounded on two sides by water, the team had to consider the weakness of the soil when building the foundation, the filing said. By building a 30m deep diaphragm wall, which also includes seepage control plugs, the team members were able to ensure that the structure remained strong.

During construction, the project team faced challenges in importing goods due to political instability in the region. To alleviate the delays caused by this, the members used locally available raw materials.
