The pipe driving accident that killed Rieth-Iryl sounded

The accident is the second mortality that is involved in a Rieth-Iryl employee in the last year.

In May, a dump truck operated by a subcontractor in a working area of ​​Lafayette, ind., Killed Dale Thomas, 53. According to state work officials, he was placing sample plates when the dumping truck operator supported him, inflicting fatal injuries. State officials proposed a penalty against Rieth-raryy of $ 7,000 to expose Thomas to the danger of crushing.

It is not known if Rieth-Iley is disputing.
