Jacobsen Construction

Ellis says that the Salt Lake City building market should wait a brief junk in early 2025, as several important projects accumulate and that interest rates keep some developers waiting. But “the prospects are strong with numerous substantial projects in the pre -construction scheduled to begin in 2026, and we are excited about it,” he says.

“The healthy business climate of Salt Lake City benefits from the growth of the constant population, diversity, the creation of strong jobs and a political environment of support,” says Ellis. “With the new professional sports teams and the 2034 winter Olympic Games on the horizon, there is a real illusion for the following decade.” He claims that the challenges include a shortage of water and electricity for the main new projects, “as well as a great shortage of homes, which involves a very expensive housing market.”

Finishing the highest building in the state, “we are exploring new developments of the tower, along with important health and healthcare projects,” says Ellis. “This year we are also wrapping several projects of university and higher education housing that will greatly improve our community.”
