Moss Construction closes 182 million dollars renewal of the football arena

Fort Lauderdale, Moss Construction, based in Florida has won a $ 182 million contract From FC Dallas to carry out renovation work at the Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.

Work on the east side of the Major League football stadium is currently underway, according to a statement shared with Construction Dive. Moss and FC Dallas Construction hosted a joint innovative on March 26.

  • Increased concessions and locations of the toilet.
  • The largest video board in a specific MLS football venue.

FC Dallas will continue to host MLS parties at Toyota Stadium during the renewal process.

“This is not your typical reform. We are building the new Toyota stadium while games are still played without compromising the fans’ experience,” said Moss Construction Senior Vice President Jim Cuddihee in the statement.

The east side will be reopened in summer 2026, according to the launch, as the work moves to the west side, with the complete renewal planned for the end of the first quarter of 2028.
