Graycor Construction has hired the 30-year veteran Brett Helm as CEO of his southwest division, Oakbrook’s firm, announced the signature of Illinois in a April 15 Post Linkedin.

With headquarters of the company’s Phoenix office, Helm will support the warehouse and the firm’s distribution portfolio while looking for new opportunities in advanced manufacturing, semiconductors and retail sale, according to a statement shared with Construction Dive.

Clayco based in Chicago; and Swedish builder Skanska.

Graycor considers that Phoenix and the southern region -especially mature for the expansion of the data center due to the relatively lower cost of power and a decrease in the threat of natural disasters, according to the statement.

- Rinchem chemical warehouses in Chandler and Surprise, Arizona.
- The G303 manufacturing and distribution installation of 1.25 million square feet for Mlily in Glendale, Arizona.
- A unified load processing installation, which covers approximately 635,000 square feet within the master plan of Skybridge Arizona in Bureau.
