The regional ENR publishers have selected Syska Hennessy Group as a design firm of the 2025 magazine of the year for the West Region.
A key element of the company’s recent success in the region has been its experience in data centers, a booming sector due to the increase in AI investment. Syska Hennessy also focuses on other key sectors such as criminal justice and aviation. Diversification is part of a strategic effort to cause current economic uncertainty.
The firm has participated in some key regional projects, including the replacement terminal of Hollywood Bubbank Airport, the award -winning Egyptian Theater Netflix and Sylmar Studios and the Mount Sinai Beavioral Health Center.
The companies of the year are chosen by a vote of regional ENR publishers from all over the country based on a group of finalists selected carefully. The factors include regional income, new initiatives, current projects, community and industry contributions and other considerations. The Enr West region includes California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii.
