Montreal’s design firm, Atkinsréalis, says he is piloting a new hard hat design for his employees that he can adjust to adapt to a wider range of head forms and hairstyles, including religious head heads.

A spokesman for Atkinsréalis told Enr that the hard hat design was made available to teams from all over the United Kingdom and Ireland this month, as the company seeks to promote inclusion in jobs and provide employees with the resources they need to do their job safely. These efforts have also resulted in better access to health disposition facilities through jobs, according to the company.

She added: “The current construction workers are not all a standard size and form, nor gender, and PPE teams must reflect it. “”

The hard hat pilot contacts the health and health health review to the construction protection standard (29 cfr 1926.95 (C)) Last year, which requires companies not only to provide PPE, but also ensures that it is adapted.

The change in the rule of construction with the standard already established for several other industries, then saidSafety and Health Secretary in Doug Parker work last year.
