Black & Veatch has called Deepa PoduvalExpert in the industry and senior vice president, as a leader of sustainability. In this role, Poduval will advance the sustainability efforts of the firm related to the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact, as well as the CEO of the CEO of the United Nations Mandate and their care of climate promise. Poduval, an 18 -year -old veteran of Black & Veatch, will also be responsible for continuing to implement the company’s sustainability strategy.
“In order to create a more sustainable and resistant future, we must urgently act to achieve the positive impact that companies may have on social and climatic issues,” said Poduval. “I hope to work with our customers, partners and professionals very motivated to design innovative and sustainable solutions.”
Originally from India, Poduval is the executive sponsor of the Black & Veatch employee resource group (ERG) for women.

Mark Ingram He has joined the HNTB Corp Houston Office as Vice President and Project Director. Ingram has more than 30 years of experience in engineering and traffic planning in Houston and the surrounding region.

HNTB also announced that Scott Gorenc He has joined the Dallas Office as the main design director for aviation. In this role, he will direct the design for architectural projects across the country. Gorenc has more than 15 years of experience in aviation architecture with a focus on the innovations of passenger experience and aviation systems.
