It The Orange County Health Care Agency, Marine Way Campus, won the California Merit Merit Award in South California.
Enr West is pleased to announce the winners for the best regional security and excellence projects in sustainability competitions in northern California and southern California.
An independent group of AEC experts reviewed 63 projects from all California, Nevada and Hawaii and selected four best projects and seven merit awards. The northern California subregion includes northern Nevada and Hawaii, while the South California subregion includes southern Nevada.
The 2025 competition judges are:
- Raven Adams, responsible for sustainability, granite construction
- Ted Boyce, director of Security, Quality and Organizational Development, Hathaway Dindwiddie
- Craig Decesare, Manager, Health, Security and Environment, WSP
- Richard McDonald, Corporate Director of Sustainability, Sundt
- Brian Sorensen, Executive Vice President, Exxel Pacific
As always, in order to avoid conflicts of interest, our judges did not score any category in which their companies presented tickets and abstained from scoring projects on which they had any participation.
All the winning teams of the project, as well as the projects of the year, the owners of the year, the design firm of the year, the contractors of the year, the specialized contractors of the year and the winners of the Legacy Award, will be recognized in a couple of awards events in November.
