In addition to the main winners of the 2025 category on the following list, the best project security and sustainability awards, which are jurors of a separate group of security and sustainability experts, will soon be announced in the East Free E-NEWSletter newsletter. The finalists of the Enr New Eng England project of the year will also be announced soon in the East Bulletin.

The selection of judges for this year’s overall project from the best project winners displayed below will be announced at the November East East and the Enr New England Best Project Awards on December 11 in Boston.

This year’s winning projects in the main categories – calls at the end of this post – will also be in depth in the November East printing number. The projects were located in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
The projects were evaluated on the capacity of the project team to overcome the challenges, security, construction/design quality and contribution to the industry and the community. Due to the large number of tickets, we can only cite a fraction of projects sent each year, so that the projects that have not won this year can be presented next year if they are still eligible.
New England judges for the main categories were Matthew Arnold, founder of Arnoldland, Scott Bascom, associate architect of Sasaki and Aidan Sullivan, a project assistant to Consigli Construction.
Judges could select any combination of the best level of the project and the award of winners in the merit category. In some categories, the judges decided not to give any prize. The judges did not score or vote on the projects submitted by their own companies.
