Carlie Cook, who works for the Rosendin contractor, is a leader of the increasing industry who is recognized by Enr Mountain States and Southwest as the maximum young professional in 2026. He is responsible for a large data center project in the Phoenix area, monitoring 300 members of the team that manage the construction of six buildings.
We are pleased to announce the class 2026 of young professionals for the Mountain States Enr and the South Region -West. The recognition program, held annually by each of the regional Editions of Enr, recognizes young professionals in the industry, all under 40, who are achieving excellence in their professional life, exposing qualities of professional leadership and industry and community participation. Each of the mountainous states and the southern winners -they will be presented at the March issue of the magazine, detailing their successes and their careers so far.
This year’s competition judges are each of the former young professionals: Lindsay Bruckal, project executive, Clayco; Daniel Jensen, Regional Technical Director / BIM for Bridges, Michael Baker International; Jennyfer Labuff, director of Data Engineering, Sundt Construction; Yanling Leng, bridge chief engineer, Imeg Corp; and Ethan Walton, project director, McCarthy Building Cos. Sincere thanks to our judges for your time and talent, as we could not maintain this competition with you.
The judges did not score applications from people working in their same company or with whom they had conflicts of interest.
Regional winners automatically enter the national competition of 20 years under 40 years of Enr. Congratulations to the winners this year who appear alphabetically below:
