Enr West has appointed specialized contractors of 2025: San Diego, California Helix Electric and Portland, Ore., Based Harder mechanical contractors.
The prize is chosen by the team of regional ENR publishers that are based on a battery of criteria that include total regional income of the construction services of the participating companies, and also include state income and various specialties and disciplines, as it is applied.
