The extensive use of out -of -site prefabrication helped improve the quality and efficiency of the project, while the reduced population of daily jobs benefited both the safety of workers and hospital operations. The prefabricated components included the outside skin, the walls of the patient’s rooms, the bath pods, the electrical rooms and the engines of deputies.
In addition, the assembly of racks, wall panels and electrical rooms supported the regional economy locally and facilitated visits to the easiest warehouse site for quality inspections.
