Robin Greenleaf will be featured in the April 2026 print issue of ENR East as the winner of the ENR New England Legacy Award.

Robin Greenleaf, executive vice president of architectural relations and strategic partnerships at IMEG, is the recipient of ENR New England’s 2026 Legacy Award. Featured in the April edition of ENR East.

Spending his career seeking opportunities to improve the business of engineering, Greenleaf is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies. As group president, she was responsible for strategic planning, budgeting and policy advocacy.

He also helped members navigate the COVID-19 pandemic by working with the council to provide information on the post-COVID workplace and strategies for employee engagement.

A founding partner and CEO of Architectural Engineers Inc., a Boston-based, 28-person, woman-owned firm focused on fire protection and MEP services, Greenleaf served as the principal responsible for all engineering trades for design, management and oversight in a variety of markets including healthcare, higher education, PK-12 education, municipal, commercial, office and laboratory.

AEI was acquired by IMEG in late 2021. In his current role, Greenleaf develops and strengthens relationships with the new matrix’s architecture clients through internal strategies and external outreach and also serves on its board. Greenleaf builds diverse project team strategies based on data and other strategic partnerships.

Additionally, he has held numerous national and state leadership positions in ACEC National and the Massachusetts Chapter. Greenleaf also serves on the International Federation of Consulting Engineers Global Leadership Forum Advisory Board, which provides strategic direction to the forum and supports the advancement of the international consulting engineering industry. He has also mentored and encouraged rising female leaders.

For more on Greenleaf’s career, see the April issue of ENR East.
