Award: Contract for the assignment of multiple award tasks
Value: 900 million dollars
Location: Israel
Customer: US Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District

Perini Management Services, a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Tutor Perini, has won one contract worth 900 million dollars of the US Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District for work spanning Israel, according to a Dec. 16 news release from the builder.

The multi-award task order contract will see the company compete for task orders on design, tender and construction jobs in Israel, primarily for the country’s Ministry of Defense, according to the press release. The shared capacity of the $900 million contract will extend over a two-year base period, followed by 5 consecutive one-year options.

The award is based on Perini Management Service’s portfolio of work in the Middle East, which spans Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Lebanon and Egypt, according to the press release.

The scope of services may include:

  • Maintenance, repairs, alterations, construction, demolition, excavation, site and infrastructure improvements
  • Fronts and sidewalks of aerodromes
  • Aircraft hangars
  • Public service plants
  • Maintenance facilities
  • Warehouses and other facilities

Tutor Perini’s business portfolio has secured other USACE jobs worldwide. In June 2024, the company, through a joint venture with its subsidiary Black Construction, won a $74.4 million contract at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.

Earlier this month, Tutor Perini Management Services won a $35.8 million job build a new tooling and die facility at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middletown, Iowa.
