Vadlamudi joined Primoris after a 30-year career at Jacobs, most recently as executive vice president of operations. RS&H has appointed Kim Holland executive vice president of corporate development in Jacksonville, Fla., overseeing activities including investments to support its 2030 strategic plan. She had been director of strategy and assistant secretary for strategic development at the Florida Department of Transportation, leading policy and planning, modal development and the Florida Rail Enterprise. Holland also has 21 years of previous RS&H management experience and was a voting member of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Transportation Policy Forum.
