Best Young Professional Maisie Gwynne Ingram, senior project manager at DPR Construction, served as a project integration manager for the Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building in Lakewood, Colorado. He is one of 25 emerging regional leaders that ENR will recognize.

The Top Young Professionals of 2027 have been selected for ENR’s Mountain States and Southwest Region! The program, hosted annually by each of ENR’s regional editions, recognizes emerging leaders in construction and design, all under the age of 40, who demonstrate excellence in their careers, leadership roles and communities.

The Mountain States and Southwest honorees will be featured in the March 1 issue of the magazine, detailing their accomplishments and careers to date. This year, our industry judges reviewed more than 70 applications from the region and chose 25 people to be awarded.

The judges are former Top Young Pros Jennyfer LaBuff, director of data engineering and application development at Sundt Construction; Yanling Leng, chief bridge engineer of IMEG Corp.; and Ethan Walton, project manager for McCarthy Building Cos. A sincere thank you to our judges for their time and talent, as we could not hold this competition without you.

Judges did not score applications from people who worked at the same company or with whom they had conflicts of interest.

Each regional winner is automatically entered into ENR’s national Top 20 Under 40 contest and those winners will be announced at a later date.
