Bouygues UK chief executive Rob Bradley is stepping down from the company as the company restructures its UK operations.
He will be succeeded by Fabienne Viala, who will also continue as President and UK Country Director of Bouygues Construction.
Bouygues UK will be restructured into three units, including two regional divisions. The London and South East unit will bring together the procurement and property development teams, while the South West and Wales unit will focus on frameworks.
Meanwhile, the complex projects unit will focus on health, science and research projects across the UK.
Bradley became chief executive of Bouygues in 2018, having joined the company in 2011 with the acquisition of Leadbitter, where he was regional director for the South West.
Viala said: “Rob has led Bouygues UK through exceptionally difficult times for our sector and we are very grateful to him for his invaluable contribution to the business.
“These changes will improve our design and construction skills, create value, strengthen our brand in sustainable construction and allow us to better serve our customers.”
