Lane Construction Corp., based in Charlotte, North Carolina won a $208 million contract for taxiway pavement repairs at Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, Va., the contractor said in a July 29 news release.
The contract will involve two phases: Phase 1 to repair the Alfa Road and Phase II to repair the Alfa Road, Bravo, Papa and other works related to the air station. Construction is expected to begin in the fall and be completed in 2028, according to Lane Construction.
