The WSP in the US has risen Avygail Sanchez to a leadership role in state and local government affairs for the West and appointed Donna Estacio as managing director of government affairs in Los Angeles. Sanchez brings more than 20 years of experience driving strategy and market expansion, while Estacio, who previously served as head of government affairs for WSP’s Western region, will oversee operational execution and alignment.
Suffolk has hired Amy Engel as director of education for the West Coast, strengthening its higher education strategy. Based in San Diego, Engel has more than 40 years of experience delivering large-scale university projects. Previously, he led major capital programs at UC San Diego and the University of Washington, overseeing housing, laboratory and medical facility projects.
STV has announced multiple leadership updates in its western operations. David Watson has been promoted to senior vice president. He will continue to lead PM/CM expansion and major infrastructure programs. Anna Harvey has been named Vice President and Northern California Area Manager for Transportation, overseeing project growth and delivery. Parametrix has promoted Anne Timmermans to the division director who oversees the construction program and management in Washington State. Jim Dugan has been promoted to division director, leading the firm’s Tacoma owner representation office.
