There’s a new video podcast series on the ENR.com Media Blog. Groundbreakers, as it’s called, will be hosted by ENR senior editor Emell Derra Adolphus. Each month, he will speak with business leaders, heads of public agencies and association executives from the architecture, engineering and construction industry about breaking news, industry challenges and successes, and how the achievements of his interview subjects have shaped the world today.

As Senior Editor of ENR’s Top Business Rankings and Analysis, Adolphus spends much of his time examining and ranking the issues facing these leading voices and reviewing their many ideas, with the goal of demystifying the aura surrounding their problem-solving. “There’s a lot of mystique around CEOs, owner operations and high-level decision-making,” he says. “The ENR Groundbreakers podcast was created to be a space where we can break through some of the mystery as we delve into conversations about what’s next in this rapidly changing industry.”

Guests will come with news to introduce and discuss the process behind these actions, says Adolphus. “Our audience will be able to see a different side of our guests, in person and on camera.”
