Before that, he spent more than a decade at Related Cos., where he worked on the high-profile redevelopment of Hudson Yards in Manhattan. He has also held development and investment roles at Archon Group, based in Irving, Texas, and Goldman Sachs, based in New York City, and has experience in action plans for distressed propertiesaccording to a press release.

Prior to that, he served as a risk manager for several large-scale real estate development companies and worked as a managing director and practice leader for brokerage and consulting services firms, according to the release. Allan’s background includes complex claims and litigation management, contractual risk transfer and catastrophic loss recovery.
New hires follow four executive appointments in December to the organization, which includes 14 construction-focused brands, including New York City-based Structure Tone and Pavarani McGovern; RC Andersen, based in Fairfield, New Jersey; Toronto-based Govan Brown; and Seattle-based Abbott Construction.
Trovini and Allan are based at the company’s headquarters in New York.
