The April print issue of ENR New York will feature some of the region’s largest construction starts in 2023, with projects each valued at more than $200 million.
Below is a preliminary list of projects that will possibly be on the list. They are located in New York and New Jersey.
The list, based on data from Dodge Data & Analytics as well as other sources, is subject to change as additional information is gathered before the rankings are published.
A project submitted for the Top Starts list must have begun construction by 2023 and be valued at $200 million or more. Email ricej@enr.com with nominations.
Note also that the start of a project is defined as the start of construction activity at the site, as opposed to the start of pre-construction or a formal groundbreaking ceremony. In addition to the project cost, include the company names of the project team as well as the owner. Also indicate the project start date and expected completion date.
It is also helpful to include construction renderings or photos. Submissions must include image credits.
Please read the April issue of ENR New York to learn more about the ranking of each of these projects and for additional information such as construction costs and project teams.
