As CEO of VST Engineering Inc., Anthony Valdiosera says he has pledged the signature to support solutions to resolve the challenge number 1 in the construction industry: recruiting and retaining the next generation of qualified workers.

Becoming itself as CEO in 2018, Valdiosera claims that its aim is to build a quality service -focused engineering company with a diverse and multicultural team.
“It is absolutely critical that a small business will continue to grow and strengthen these relationships,” he says. “We try to do our best to support organizations focused on the development of labor and to ensure that people understand that this field exists and that it is a viable path to success.”
Shortly after completing a degree in Civil Engineering at the State University of California Sacramento in 2009, Valdiosera started working as a road designer and roads in Jacobs and Parsons.
After winning his professional engineering license in 2012, he worked as a railway designer on the California High Speed Railway Program, who moved his career to the railway infrastructure and led to an opportunity for the Arab Emirates united as a civilian designer and public services on Qatar’s long distance railway. Valdiosera soon made another change, this time towards project management for the quick traffic power replacement program in the bay area.
In addition to serving as a mentor through the Oakland chapter of the ACE Mentor program, Valdiosera plays a leadership role in the California Transport Working Group and is also a member of the Diversity and Equity Commission of the California California Northern Chapter.
