John Deere announced on December 22 that it plans to fully acquire New Hope, based in Pa Tenna, a construction technology provider offering fleet management and asset tracking software, from the Conti Group for an undisclosed sum.

Tenna’s platform is designed to automate and optimize construction operations workflows through better management of equipment and other assets. The company’s software products allow equipment owners to monitor their machines in near real-time and track telematics data for repair and maintenance planning from various manufacturers.

Deere said it plans to allow Tenna to continue operating as a separate unit and will focus on growing the company’s business through its existing mixed-fleet business model.

John Deere’s parent company, Deere & Co., said it had no additional comment. Tenna did not respond to requests for comment.

The deal is expected to close in February 2026, according to Deere.
